Emirates Industry for Camel Milk & Products is a unique company in the production and supply of high-quality camel milk and camel milk products for the national and international markets, and live animals for slaughter. We are committed to delivering our consumers safe and high-quality products to maintain their confidence, meet and exceed their expectations and continually enhance the reputation of camel milk and camel milk products. We understand that continual improvement is essential to attain success and growth in the line of our strategic direction.

We are committed to:

• Establish, implement and maintain a Food Safety Management System (FSMS) in accordance with FSSC 22000, ISO 22000:2018, Codex Alimentarius, relevant GSO standards for food safety and Halal, and complying with the requirements of Dubai Municipality and Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE) regulations;
• Establish and maintain an animal friendly, minimum stress production system keeping in mind that only healthy and happy animals can reach their maximum genetic potential;
• Establish and maintain a well-equipped plant to process, pack and deliver a range of high quality, safe and nutritious camel milk products for the local and foreign markets, ensuring minimal loss of valuable food with responsibility towards the planet;
• Establish specific and measurable food safety and quality objectives, and review on a regular basis;
• Seek and understand customer requirements, and give adequate answers and solutions;
• Comply with local and international regulations for food safety and quality, meet statutory and regulatory requirements;
• Cultivate a positive food safety and quality culture by continuous communication, providing necessary resources and training to all employees;
• Strengthening food security by enhancing milk production;
• Maintain sufficient and effective communication, both internal and external;
• Update and continuously improve the FSMS through communication, audits and regular management reviews.

Our food safety and quality policy is communicated within the company, understood at all levels and made available to interested parties.
